What it means

For the resident

You get the visits and support you were promised, from a team that already knows your history.

For your tenancy support team

Every visit, referral and follow-up is due, owned and visible, so a tenancy at risk gets attention early.

Support that starts on day one

Settling-in visits scheduled

General needs settling-in visits and new resident checklists are raised for each new tenancy, so no tenancy starts without a visit.

Temporary housing visits on a cycle

Welcome, regular and annual visits for temporary housing run as their own case types, with each due date tracked.

Money and furniture support

Welfare benefit referrals and support to replace furniture are raised from the same record as the rent account.

Early signs acted on

Absence of tenant, hoarding and safeguarding concerns are raised as cases, so a tenancy at risk is picked up before it fails.

What our tenancy support software covers

Every visit, referral and follow-up a tenancy support team needs, on one resident record.

A resident using a housing app at home

Visits for every new tenancy

General needs settling-in visits and new resident checklists, raised for each new tenancy.

Temporary housing visits

Welcome, regular and annual visits for temporary housing, each with a due date and an owner.

Money and furniture support

Welfare benefit referrals and support to replace furniture, linked to the rent account.

Early signs and moves

Absence of tenant checks, decants and moves, with links to safeguarding, rent arrears and repairs.

How it works

How support follows a resident from the start of a tenancy.

  1. Tenancy starts

A settling-in visit or a temporary housing welcome visit is raised with a due date.

  2. Visits on schedule

Regular and annual visits follow automatically, and missed visits are flagged.

  3. Support raised

Welfare, furniture or safeguarding needs found on a visit become cases on the same record.

  4. Tenancy sustained

Every visit and outcome is evidenced, and the history is there for the next colleague.

Supported and temporary housing on one platform

Councils and housing associations running temporary housing or supported schemes use the same housing case management system (CMS) as the rest of the organisation. Visit cycles, referrals and case types are configuration rather than development, so each scheme can follow its own process. When a concern needs more, a safeguarding referral or a rent arrears conversation starts from the same record, and residents can follow updates in the customer portal.

More of the platform

Each part of Propsys360 works from the same tenancy, property and person record, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts out of step.

“We realised that we had a gap around the golden thread of data, in terms of the availability and accessibility of the data we held in seventeen different systems… That meant colleagues could immediately see all non-compliant properties.”

Frequently asked questions

Can Propsys360 manage temporary housing visits?

Yes. Welcome, regular and annual visits for temporary housing run as their own case types, each with a due date and an owner.

Does it work for supported housing schemes?

Visit schedules, referrals and case types are configuration rather than development, so a supported housing scheme can run its own cycle on the same record. We will confirm the detail against your scheme in a demo.

How does tenancy support link to rent arrears?

Welfare benefit referrals and arrears sit on the same resident record, so income and tenancy support teams see the same picture. See income management.
