Solution
Move from Civica, Capita One, MRI or Aareon without a break in service
Providers on Civica, Capita One, MRI or Aareon aren't stuck with what they have. Propsys360's migration service maps your existing data, runs parallel testing alongside your current system, and phases the cutover so resident-facing services never stop.

The legacy HMS problem
None of this is a reflection on your team — it's what happens to any housing management system left to accumulate change for a decade or more.
Unsupported, end-of-life platforms
Vendor support windows close, security patching slows, and every year of delay makes the eventual migration harder, not easier.
Point solutions bolted on over years
A separate repairs system here, a compliance spreadsheet there — each one solving a real problem at the time, together creating a fragmented view of your stock and tenants.
Vendor lock-in, slow roadmaps
Feature requests queue behind hundreds of other customers, and switching feels riskier every year you stay — even when the platform is falling behind what your team needs.
Rising cost without matching capability
Licence and support costs climb annually while functionality stays static — you're paying more for the same system you outgrew years ago.
How the migration works
A phased approach, not a big-bang cutover — so services keep running for residents while the new platform comes online underneath them.
Discovery & data mapping
We audit your current HMS data model, flag gaps and duplicates, and map every field to Propsys360's unified data model before a single record moves.
Configuration & parallel running
Modules are configured to your operation and run alongside your legacy system, so both platforms can be checked against each other before cutover.
Phased go-live
Modules go live in stages — tenancies first, then repairs, then compliance — reducing risk and change fatigue compared with switching everything at once.
Legacy decommission
Once each module is validated in production, the legacy system is retired. Historic data is retained and remains fully accessible in Propsys360.
Which legacy system are you leaving?
Our migration team has mapped data out of the platforms most common across UK social housing.
From Civica
Tenancy, repairs and financial data mapped across from Civica housing modules into Propsys360's unified model, with historic records retained.
From Capita One
Structured migration of case, asset and rent account data, with parallel running to validate against your existing Capita One reports before cutover.
From MRI
Data mapping across MRI's housing modules, including integrations that currently depend on it, so nothing silently stops working post-migration.
From Aareon (QL / Universal Housing)
Migration experience with Aareon's housing platforms, covering tenancy, repairs and compliance data through to full cutover.

More of the platform
Each part of Propsys360 works from the same tenancy, property and person record, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts out of step. Most providers start with one or two and add the rest as their existing contracts end.
Integration Platform & Tools

What housing providers say
Named people at named organisations, in their own published words.
“We realised that we had a gap around the golden thread of data, in terms of the availability and accessibility of the data we held in seventeen different systems… That meant colleagues could immediately see all non-compliant properties.”
Jake Le Page Head of Building Safety Regulations Notting Hill Genesis
“Neo brought strong Dynamics 365 expertise, worked collaboratively with our internal teams and applied Microsoft best practice within a live operational environment… We would be pleased to recommend them as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner within the housing sector.”
Wayne Human Head of IT Change Sage Homes
“The successful deployment of this solution has significantly increased transparency and improved the operational efficiency of our contact centre, allowing us to deliver greater value to our customers.”
Philip Wragg Infrastructure Programme Manager
“The Neo Technology model allows us to scale our development capacity, accelerating our transformation programmes while future-proofing our business, while achieving substantial industry cost savings.”

Frequently asked questions
How long does a migration actually take?
Months rather than years, phased by module. The timeline is driven by data quality and how many systems are being consolidated, both of which are assessed before any date is committed.
Is there a big-bang cutover weekend?
No. Modules go live in phases with parallel running, so you are never in a position where everything changed at once and there is no way back.
What happens to our historic data?
It migrates with reconciliation at every stage, and anything that cannot be mapped cleanly is reported rather than silently dropped. You see the reconciliation before you sign off each phase.
Can we keep some existing systems?
Yes. Finance, payments and identity commonly stay where they are and integrate. Replacing the housing management system does not require replacing everything around it.
What if the migration goes wrong?
Each phase has a defined rollback position, and parallel running means the previous system remains available until you are confident. That is the point of phasing rather than cutting over.
