Propsys360 SaaS
Money in, chased before it becomes a problem
Rent, service charges, deposits and payments on one ledger per occupancy — with arrears surfaced early rather than found at month end.
Arrears are a timing problem before they are a money problem
Most arrears that become serious were small and visible weeks earlier. What stops them being acted on is not unwillingness — it is that the balance lives in one place, the contact history in another, and the report runs monthly.
Putting the charge, the payment and the conversation on the same record is what turns collection into something continuous rather than a month-end exercise.
- Oneledger per occupancy
- Autoarrears escalation
- Anypayment method
- Livebalance for occupiers
What it means
For the resident
You can see what you owe, what you have paid, and pay without ringing anyone.
For your Income and finance
One ledger per occupancy, with arrears cases raised automatically instead of run off a spreadsheet.
Collection that does not rely on chasing
Everything on one ledger
Rent, service charges, deposits, adjustments and credits against the same occupancy, so a balance is a fact rather than a reconciliation.
Arrears raised for you
Cases open on the rules you set, escalate on their own, and record every contact — so nothing depends on someone remembering to look.
Occupiers pay themselves
Card, Direct Debit and standing order, with the balance visible in the portal, which removes most of the calls that ask what is owed.
Ready for the awkward question
Every charge, payment and adjustment is timestamped, so a disputed balance is answered from the record rather than reconstructed.

Before and after: SaaS rent and payments
Every system demonstrates well. What matters is the difference in an ordinary working week — the steps that disappear, the chasing that stops, and the questions your team can answer on the spot instead of promising to look into it.
| Today | With Propsys360 |
|---|---|
| Balances are reconciled from more than one system. | One ledger per occupancy, so the balance is the balance. |
| Arrears are found when someone runs the report. | Cases open and escalate on your rules, without anyone looking. |
| Occupiers ring to ask what they owe. | They can see it, and pay it, without contacting you. |
What rent and payments has to get right
Housing runs on specifics — statutory timescales, tenure types, the return that has to be filed next month. This is the detail that decides whether a system survives contact with your operation, and the reason a general-purpose platform usually cannot.

What housing providers say

“We realised that we had a gap around the golden thread of data, in terms of the availability and accessibility of the data we held in seventeen different systems… That meant colleagues could immediately see all non-compliant properties.”
Jake Le Page Head of Building Safety Regulations Notting Hill Genesis
“Neo brought strong Dynamics 365 expertise, worked collaboratively with our internal teams and applied Microsoft best practice within a live operational environment… We would be pleased to recommend them as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner within the housing sector.”

Frequently asked questions
Does it handle mixed tenures?
Yes. Social rents, market rents, licences and short stays post to the same ledger structure, because the account belongs to an occupancy rather than a tenure type.
Can occupiers set up payment plans?
Arrangements are recorded against the account and tracked, so a broken arrangement is visible rather than discovered later.
Does it replace our finance system?
No. It runs the occupancy ledger and passes to finance, so you are not re-keying between a property system and an accounting package.
What about benefit and third-party payments?
Payments from any source post to the account, including housing benefit, Universal Credit direct payments and payments made by a third party.
