At a glance
Four things about how we work that matter more than a feature list.
A housing software company
Not a consultancy with a housing practice. Propsys360 and Lintel360.ai are the products, and social and community housing providers are the only people we build them for.
Your tenancy, your data
The platform runs inside the Microsoft cloud you already own. Resident records stay where your information governance team can see them.
We do the migration too
The frightening part of replacing a housing system is moving the data. We own that rather than handing it to a partner and hoping.
Judged on regulation, not features
Awaab's Law, the Complaint Handling Code, Tenant Satisfaction Measures. What matters is whether you can evidence compliance on the day you are asked.
Why Propsys360 exists
Ageing stock, tighter regulation, rising costs and higher resident expectations are landing on the same teams at the same time. That is the problem the platform was built to answer.
The pressure housing providers are under
Ageing housing stock, increasing regulatory scrutiny, rising operational costs and growing resident expectations are placing more pressure on housing teams than they have had to carry before.
One connected platform, not another disconnected system
Propsys360 brings assets, repairs, compliance, income, service charges, tenancies, cases and customer services together, so providers get a complete view of their properties and residents instead of another disconnected system to maintain.
A foundation built to keep up
A unified data model, an intelligent workflow engine and an open integration layer underneath it — so extending the platform is a configuration decision, not a redevelopment project.
What makes Propsys360 different
Most supplier differentiation disappears under scrutiny. These four hold up.
It runs in your tenancy
Resident data stays inside the Microsoft cloud you already own and already govern. Most suppliers ask you to accept theirs.
We migrate your data ourselves
The riskiest part of the purchase is not subcontracted. The team that moves your history is the team that supports it afterwards.
Housing is the whole roadmap
When a regulation changes, there is no competing sector asking for something else first.
Natural-language reporting exists today
Lintel360.ai answers a plain-English question about your data and shows the query it used, so the answer can be audited.

What housing providers say
Named people at named organisations, in their own published words.
“We realised that we had a gap around the golden thread of data, in terms of the availability and accessibility of the data we held in seventeen different systems… That meant colleagues could immediately see all non-compliant properties.”
Jake Le Page Head of Building Safety Regulations Notting Hill Genesis
“Neo brought strong Dynamics 365 expertise, worked collaboratively with our internal teams and applied Microsoft best practice within a live operational environment… We would be pleased to recommend them as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner within the housing sector.”
Wayne Human Head of IT Change Sage Homes
“The successful deployment of this solution has significantly increased transparency and improved the operational efficiency of our contact centre, allowing us to deliver greater value to our customers.”
Philip Wragg Infrastructure Programme Manager
“The Neo Technology model allows us to scale our development capacity, accelerating our transformation programmes while future-proofing our business, while achieving substantial industry cost savings.”

Frequently asked questions
How big is Neo?
Small enough that the people who sell to you are the people who deliver, and large enough to run migrations for providers managing tens of thousands of homes. Our leadership team is listed in full, with what each person is accountable for.
Do you work outside housing?
Our history includes work in other sectors, and some of that experience is why the platform is built the way it is. What we sell today is housing software.
Where is the team based?
The company is UK-based, and our focus is UK social housing. We also serve community housing providers in New Zealand, with delivery capability across multiple geographies. Support is UK-based, with regional support hours in New Zealand.
Who owns the software once we buy it?
Propsys360 is ours. The platform it runs on is yours — your Microsoft tenancy, your data, your licences. That is the point of building it this way.
How do you compare with larger incumbents?
We are smaller than the incumbents you are also considering. That means the people who make commitments are the people who keep them — and it also means less bench depth than a supplier ten times the size. Weigh that properly.
Come and meet the team
The quickest way to judge a housing supplier is to talk to the people who would actually manage your implementation.
