Contractors working in your system, not their inbox
Jobs issued, accepted, updated and evidenced in one place — so you know where a job is without ringing the contractor to ask.
Most delays are a handover, not a repair
A job that sits for a week rarely sits because the work is hard. It sits because it was emailed, nobody confirmed it, and the next person to look was the occupier ringing to ask.
Issuing and updating work in one place removes the handover, which is where the time goes.
- Oneplace for every job
- Nochasing for updates
- Photoevidence on completion
- Anysize of contractor
What it means
For the resident
The person who turns up knows what the job is before they knock.
For your Repairs and contracts
Job status comes from the contractor updating it, not from someone chasing for an update.
The contractor relationship, run from one record
Issued and accepted in one place
Jobs go out through the portal and are accepted or rejected there, so you know a job has landed rather than assuming an email arrived.
Status without chasing
The contractor updates the job as they work, so progress is something you can see rather than something you ask for.
Evidence attached at completion
Photographs, notes and completion times attach to the property record, which is what answers a dispute months later.
Small firms can use it
Browser-based with no licence to buy, so a two-person firm works the same way as a national contractor.
What Propsys360 covers for SaaS contractor portal
- Job issue, acceptance and rejection
- Appointment booking against real availability
- Live status updates from the contractor
- Photographic evidence and completion notes
- Invoice and cost capture against the job
- Performance visible by contractor
How it works
The path from first conversation to live running, and what happens at each step.
Issue
The job goes to the contractor with the property, access and history attached.
Work
They accept, book, update and complete in the portal as they go.
Evidence
Photographs and completion notes land on the property record automatically.
Before and after: SaaS contractor portal
Every system demonstrates well. What matters is the difference in an ordinary working week — the steps that disappear, the chasing that stops, and the questions your team can answer on the spot instead of promising to look into it.

| Jobs go out by email and come back when someone remembers. | Issued, accepted and updated in one place, with a status you can see. |
| Evidence sits in a contractor inbox. | Photographs and notes attach to the property record as the job closes. |
| Contractor performance is whatever the contractor reports. | Performance comes from the jobs themselves. |
What a contractor portal has to get right
Housing runs on specifics — statutory timescales, tenure types, the return that has to be filed next month. This is the detail that decides whether a system survives contact with your operation, and the reason a general-purpose platform usually cannot.
- Job issue, acceptance and rejection
- Property, access and history sent with the job
- Appointment booking and occupier notification
- Live status updates from the contractor
- Photographic evidence and completion notes
- Invoice and cost capture against the job
- Performance visible by contractor
- No licence cost for the contractor
The rest of Propsys360 SaaS
Every part of Propsys360 SaaS works from the same property, occupancy and person record, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts out of step. It is all included — there is nothing here to add on later.

What housing providers say
Named people at named organisations, in their own published words.
“We realised that we had a gap around the golden thread of data, in terms of the availability and accessibility of the data we held in seventeen different systems… That meant colleagues could immediately see all non-compliant properties.”
Jake Le Page Head of Building Safety Regulations Notting Hill Genesis
“Neo brought strong Dynamics 365 expertise, worked collaboratively with our internal teams and applied Microsoft best practice within a live operational environment… We would be pleased to recommend them as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner within the housing sector.”
Wayne Human Head of IT Change Sage Homes
“The successful deployment of this solution has significantly increased transparency and improved the operational efficiency of our contact centre, allowing us to deliver greater value to our customers.”
Philip Wragg Infrastructure Programme Manager
“The Neo Technology model allows us to scale our development capacity, accelerating our transformation programmes while future-proofing our business, while achieving substantial industry cost savings.”

Frequently asked questions
Do contractors need a licence?
No. Portal access is included, so contractors of any size can be brought on without a per-seat cost to them or to you.
What about contractors with their own system?
Jobs can be exchanged with a contractor system where one exists. The portal is for the majority who do not have one, which is most small and medium firms.
Can we see how a contractor is performing?
Yes. Acceptance, appointment keeping, completion times and rework are visible by contractor, because they come from the jobs themselves rather than a return the contractor submits.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It is browser-based, so an operative on site updates the job from whatever they already carry.
