What it means
For the resident
Services keep working while the technology behind them changes, with each new capability improving a real part of the journey.
For your IT and transformation team
Integration and replacement are separate decisions. Start where value is clearest, migrate one area, run in parallel and extend once the benefit is proven.
Why staged adoption wins
Each stage pays for itself
Choose a high-volume process where time, contacts, days, errors or reporting effort can be baselined before implementation.
The risk is the size of one process
Open APIs, webhooks and HACT-aligned patterns allow systems you keep to remain part of the operating model.
Your team learns as it goes
Measure the before-and-after journey in live use so the next phase is funded by evidence rather than a multi-year promise.
Legacy systems keep running
Decommission legacy components when their replacement is stable, adopted and reconciled - not because a big-bang date says everything must move.
How it works
The path a case takes from the moment it arrives, and what happens automatically at each step.
Start where it hurts
Pick the process generating the most complaints or the most manual work. That is where the return is provable and the case for the next stage is made.
Connect what you keep
Open APIs and the HACT standard link the systems staying in place, so the new module works with your estate rather than beside it.
Prove it, then extend
Measure the before and after properly. A demonstrated saving is what funds the next module without a fresh business case.
Retire on your terms
Legacy systems come out when their contracts end and their replacement is already live — not because a plan said so.
What you can achieve
Lower programme risk
Lower programme risk and earlier value from each stage of adoption.
Easier adoption
Easier adoption and more predictable migration, module by module.
A roadmap tied to outcomes
A transformation roadmap tied to measurable outcomes, not a multi-year promise.
What staged adoption has to get right
Housing runs on specifics — statutory timescales, tenure types, the return that has to be filed next month. This is the detail that decides whether a system survives contact with your operation, and the reason a general-purpose platform usually cannot.
- Open APIs and webhooks for the systems you keep
- HACT data standard support
- A single property, tenancy and person record across modules
- Module-by-module licensing, so you pay for what is live
- Data migration run and reconciled per module
- Parallel running while a module is proven
- Contract end dates mapped to the adoption sequence
- Training and adoption support for each stage
More of the platform
Each part of Propsys360 works from the same tenancy, property and person record, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts out of step. Most providers start with one or two and add the rest as their existing contracts end.

What housing providers say
Named people at named organisations, in their own published words.
“We realised that we had a gap around the golden thread of data, in terms of the availability and accessibility of the data we held in seventeen different systems… That meant colleagues could immediately see all non-compliant properties.”
Jake Le Page Head of Building Safety Regulations Notting Hill Genesis
“Neo brought strong Dynamics 365 expertise, worked collaboratively with our internal teams and applied Microsoft best practice within a live operational environment… We would be pleased to recommend them as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner within the housing sector.”
Wayne Human Head of IT Change Sage Homes
“The successful deployment of this solution has significantly increased transparency and improved the operational efficiency of our contact centre, allowing us to deliver greater value to our customers.”
Philip Wragg Infrastructure Programme Manager
“The Neo Technology model allows us to scale our development capacity, accelerating our transformation programmes while future-proofing our business, while achieving substantial industry cost savings.”

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our existing housing management system?
No. Integration and replacement are separate decisions. Propsys360 is built to coexist with the systems you keep and to replace others in stages, if and when you choose.
Which module should we start with?
Usually the one generating the most avoidable contact — repairs or damp and mould for most providers, income where arrears are the pressure. The test is where a saving can be measured within months rather than years.
What happens to our data during a staged rollout?
Migration is run and reconciled per module rather than in one movement, with parallel running until the figures match. That is slower than a single cutover and considerably less likely to go wrong.
Which process would you fix first?
Model your first stage: one process, one baseline, one implementation scope and a clear value measure.
